More than any other region we serve, Palm Beach County and South Florida changed during and since the pandemic. The new residents, both seasonal and permanent, come to us with staffing needs that range from full-time to part-time to as-needed. Lambent provides customized support for all categories, as well as assistants that work for clients who live in two locations, most typically Palm Beach and New York City. We have a dedicated pool of assistants who are profiled and available to be matched with clients who need help on an ongoing basis for 5-20 hours a week. Lambent also performs recruiting for those hiring Executive and Personal Assistants outright, as well as temporary and temp-to-perm. We know the landscape and consistently find outstanding candidates for our clients in Palm Beach and Miami as well as Stuart, Wellington, Jupiter, among other locales.

Lambent’s focus has been on assistants since our founding in 2006. We fill related roles including Chiefs of Staff, House Managers, Lifestyle Managers, Concierges, and beyond with emphasis on quality support. In every case we learn the client’s needs for skills, work style, and personality. Paramount is the Principal’s affinity for the person hired and ability to communicate effectively. We are also sensitive to identifying staff consistent with the individual’s or company’s overall culture and mission.

Our process is highly customized. We present candidates in dossier format that includes their resume and our interview notes to give a fuller sense of each person. Because Executive and Personal Assistants are our focus, searches are faster and more comprehensive than other agencies. Each client works with a senior Lambent recruiter that learns your business, culture, and needs. Our goal is to find you what you want and save you time, not just by conducting the search, but by allowing you to preview candidates so you interview only real, viable prospects.
