We have an established, robust direct hire department placing both full-time and temporary positions for publicly traded companies, small firms and start-ups. In corporate environments we are consistently tasked with recruiting the Executive Assistant for the CEO, core members of early-stage companies, or high-end front-facing staff.  Lambent collaborates with family offices and individuals to provide Personal Assistants in both the home and workplace. For those who need less help, we have a New York City pool of 30 vetted, extraordinary part-time Personal Assistants who typically work 5-25 hours each week. Our boutique format ensures every client has direct access to leadership.
