LAMBENT: LOS ANGELES

STAFFING AND RECRUITING

LAMBENT LA

Los Angeles understands the value of the assistant. It’s embedded in its entertainment industry culture,  using production assistants on set and personal assistants throughout.

Opened in 2007, LA is our second largest office. Originally offering only part-time assistants, word-of-mouth and repeat clientele have helped us grow a robust direct hire department, which fills full-time and temporary positions. And our pool of 20 part-time assistants continue to provide for those needing ongoing flexible support. In all cases, Lambent assistants adapt to the needs of today’s ever-evolving office and home environments: in-person, remote, or hybrid.

Our client base includes celebrities, but largely focuses on a range of people who place a premium on the quality of their time – busy professionals, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and HNW individuals. Lambent makes the hiring process easy. We present only prospects we believe are an excellent fit. In addition to skills, we consider personality, interpersonal style and work approach, because the effectiveness of one-on-one support is largely based on the quality of communication between client and assistant. For both, we consider the entire person.

SUPPORTING YOU

Lambent assistants help you maximize your networking potential, be it party planning, keeping busy event calendars, booking and changing travel arrangements, maintaining contact lists, and managing social media. You will never forget to send flowers or a note of congratulations again!

Or, reclaim your time by delegating clerical work like scanning and cataloging receipts for reimbursement, processing online returns, or staying on top of your inbox. Send them on errands, such as buying and putting away groceries, personal shopping, returning purchases, or getting your car serviced, keeping you from sitting in Los Angeles traffic.

Our assistants are adept at research, helping you stay on top of new offerings, content, and  projects. They can apply, on your behalf, for grants and tax credits, create pitch decks and proposals, and prepare festival submission packages. In every case there is emphasis on the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and gatekeeping. Having a trusted person as your primary point of contact for affiliates streamlines information across channels.

Our first placement client said, “An assistant is more important than a wife.” He was divorced. However extreme, he was right to suggest that who supports you sets the scope for what is possible.

Getting the right assistant is essential, and we will find yours.
