Our core belief is that people and companies cannot realize their capacity unless they are given optimal support.

 

Lambent is a niche staffing firm with a focus on personal and executive assistants. We find the best possible candidates for corporate temp (executive assistants, reception), family offices (controllers, directors), small businesses (office manager, operations), households (estate manager), and individuals (personal assistants).

Our original service offering was the fractional personal assistant. Since 2006, the earliest stage of the shared economy, we have allowed individuals to determine how many hours they need, for which tasks, and with what type of person. Providing our clients with meaningful choices is a key part of our expanded business which now includes a range of support roles in varied models – Hourly, Temporary, and Placement.
