Lambent assistants are an elite group of intelligent, motivated and personable individuals who are graduates of the country’s best universities. We have a rigorous screening process, and only a fraction of those who apply are selected. We are all lucky to be based in New York, which attracts a highly talented and ambitious work pool, and we leverage this talent to assemble our team. While some of our assistants work in this capacity as their primary career, most are engaged with Lambent part-time while they pursue other interests.
